Our Work Speaks

Over the years, we've tackled everything from crumbling 19th-century warehouses to cutting-edge industrial facilities. Each project tells its own story – here's a glimpse into what we've been building, restoring, and reimagining.

Markham Food Processing Facility

Markham Food Processing Facility

Location Markham, ON
Size 150,000 sq ft
Completed Aug 2024
LEED Gold Certified

This was a beast of a project – fully automated food processing plant with strict hygiene standards, temperature zones, and industrial refrigeration. We integrated solar thermal for hot water, LED throughout, and designed the loading docks for maximum efficiency during rush periods. The owner wanted aggressive energy targets, and we delivered 40% below baseline.

"From concept to completion, Mystral Venforge Quint understood the complexities of food-grade industrial design. The facility runs like a dream, and we're already seeing the sustainability dividends."
